If Client is a business or other legal entity, I also agree in my individual capacity to personally, absolutely, and unconditionally guarantee all Client obligations now existing or later arising, including past-due balances, invoices, recurring charges, contract balances, overages, and enforcement costs. This is an account-wide continuing Personal Guarantee, is not limited to this request, reaffirms any prior Personal Guarantee, and remains effective until released in writing under the Terms.
