📜 View Referral Program Terms & Disclaimers ▾
1. Standard Rates Requirement & Calculation: Standard referral rewards apply when the referred business contracts at USTech.Ninja's standard published recurring plan pricing (as posted at msp-plans.ustech.ninja). Rewards are calculated at up to 50% of the commissionable recurring gross margin (collected recurring revenue minus direct per-user licensing and vendor costs) for up to the first three (3) paid months, capped at a maximum of $1,000 total per referred client.
2. Discounted, Negotiated, or Low-Margin Deals: Referral finder's fees are highly scenario-dependent. If USTech.Ninja discounts below posted standard rates, negotiates custom pricing, delivers narrow-margin tiers (such as security-only add-ons), or accommodates reduced scopes, the referral finder's fee will be paid at a substantially lower rate (or $0 if margin economics do not support a payout), determined strictly by actual collected net recurring profit margin rather than list price or user headcounts.
3. Qualification: The referred business must be a new prospective client not already in active discussion with USTech.Ninja, must execute a qualifying service agreement, and must remain in good financial standing with cleared payments.
4. Exclusions: One-time hardware, project labor, pass-through expenses, emergency remediation, taxes, credits, and uncollected invoices are excluded from reward calculations.
5. No Agency or Lifetime Commission: Introducers act solely as independent referrers and are not authorized employees, agents, or sales representatives of USTech.Ninja. Participation does not create an ongoing residual or lifetime commission.
6. Program Changes: Terms apply prospectively and may be updated or modified at USTech.Ninja's discretion.
